Monique is a vibrant native New Yorker with a warm heart and a welcoming personality. She has a degree in Hospitality Management and has completed an internship at Disney.

Monique is a manager at a fast paced NYC restaurant in Bryant Park. Her training and know how ensure that you, the guest, get just the right pairing and always have a wonderful experience. If you observe her interaction with her customers and her staff you will see the definition of customer service and team leadership

During the pandemic she volunteered on Sundays at the Church of St. Matthew and St. Timothy leading a Soup Kitchen team preparing, cooking and serving hot meals for those in need. She continues post pandemic with that role putting her skills and passion to use and even there being the consummate host.

Monique learned dance and competitive sports at a young age and continues to benefit from that discipline and the joy they bring her.

She brings all her knowledge and passion together to embark on this amazing journey with her amazing partners of Signature 5 Lounge.
